Great experience all around -- I purchased vacuum cleaner bags and the associate showed me exactly how to install them.
Our refrigerator died... and after shopping lowes, home depot, and best buy we came here. Wish it was our first stop. The staff was more knowledgeable and was able to sell us something we could take home that day that wasn't a return or scratch and dent. They answered all our questions and accommodated a later that day pick up.
Mark at the east Syracuse location is very knowledgeable in regard to all of the appliances and brands. I couldn't be happier that I stopped in after shopping around at Home Depot and Lowe's; I learned more in 10 minutes than I had in weeks of speaking to different salespeople at the other locations. They also price match, so my recommendation would be to bypass all of the frustration of the chain stores and head right to Olums; you won't be disappointed!
6 weeks and still waiting for a thermostat for our almost 10k commercial stove. Not impressed.
The salesperson really knew his products, the store is attractive and well laid out, they had EXACTLY the dishwasher we wanted, the price was attractive, their installation and extended warranty prices were VERY reasonable. Couldn't ask for more.
