Egon is "Just Another Jewelery Store". My wife & I returned after 22 years to upgrade our diamond via trade-in. Egon does not accept trade-ins. We were very disapppointed. We thought we had a relationship with Egon.
Was completely disappointed with our experience here. The sales representative, if that's what they even are, wasn't interested at all in helping us nor could he answer any questions we asked without asking someone else. We can I'm looking to purchase a ring and we had to find every item we were interested in with no guidance. Once we did he made no effort to close the sale. Do not waste your time.
I reached out to Egon to have a piece of custom jewelry made from an old family heirloom, a ring and an old tie pin belonging to my grandfather. From the start, they were friendly, engaged, and asked me many questions to ensure it was made to my specifications, which put me at ease, since I was very nervous about parting with the heirloom and ensuring it came out how I envisioned it. The price they charged me was also very reasonable and affordable, which of course made me very happy. The finished product took a little over a week, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. They even buffed the scratches out, which I thought was very kind of them! The finished product looks better than the individual pieces ever did! All of the staff spoke to me kindly, asking if I was satisfied, which I absolutely was. This was my first experience with having custom jewelry made, and the staff made it an absolute delight. I heartily recommend them for all your custom jewelry needs!

I went to Egon for a custom engagement ring, as I inherited my Grandmother's diamond after I was already engaged. I wanted to create a two stone ring. I had went to another jeweler, and they were a bit pushy and limited my ideas. At Egon, they have the software in store, so you can see what your ring creation will look like. They were patient and not pushy with me, while respecting my budget and personal taste. They take time if you are unsure of what you like, and the staff are very personable. I couldn't be more happy with my ring, and highly suggest this jeweler. I will definitely go back for any other services, and to shop!
