NEVER GO HERE EVER! Beyond disappointed. Feel as if I was lied too. The day I got my truck I started having problems. When I dropped it off to get fixed I did not get a reply to my emails, no return call for my several voicemails and was told twice I'd get a call back letting me know what's going on. When she wanted the money I was contacted 2x a day but now that I'm waiting around on them I get no reply. I'm beyond angry at this point as I still don't have a truck I paid for because there have been no effort of contact. Only 2 weeks after I got my car back the steering system failed and my truck flipped. Thank god I wasn't injured but I for sure feel as if I wasted every penny and second of time I spent. She has been so disrespectful never will I refer someone to this place. Lesson learned. This place is a joke.
I have read some of the reviews given about this car lot and I must say they are a small business trying to make money that is the american way. I been to a lot worst places here in Syracuse his is my second car bought from them and I must say for such a small place it isn't that bad. Yes, as far as complete car service they have a lot to be desired but, my concern with them is service after the sale it's like once the money is all set they move on to the next sale I'm not saying that is a bad thing but, I can see why that would leave a bad taste in there clients mouths. The first car I got lasted about as long as it was suppose to so I can't complain about that but, it is a business and in business if you don't keep up you won't be in business long. I would not buy a new car from them but, as far as getting a used car with bad to no credit you get what you pay for.
Went to look at a vehicle on Saturday that I was very interested in buying. The lady that I spoke with would not walk outside to look at my truck for a trade in I had to get her all the info. From there she could not give me a trade in value she stated she would call me in a few hours which I still have not heard from her. Looks like a company that does not want to be very customer friendly and for that reason I would not recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

Please do not be fooled into buying a car from Charima's. BIGGEST mistake I have made. Car immediately had trouble. she did try to fix it (with chewing gum). she will say anything to make a sale. Very disappointing experience.
