By far the best car buying experience I've ever had in my life. It was time to trade in our beloved Ridgeline for something a bit more responsible and economical, so we went to Enterprise where Max Parsons spent 4 hours helping me find the perfect car for my family. After test driving a Compass, he was able to find one we loved in PA and 4 days later, we drive off the lot in a current year vehicle with less than 17k on it. Thanks to our local credit union and Enterprise's phenomenal pricing and trade-in policy, we didn't have to come out of pocket and are in the same payment range we were in with our 10 year old, 200k mile truck. I would recommend purchasing a vehicle from Enterprise and Max to all of my family and friends and have already referred a few to him!

I received great customer service from the enterprise sales staff and my Sales person Stephen. Stephen has gone above and beyond with his customer service. The only draw back is that the car came with a hands free device and has stopped working. I have only had the car for roughly two weeks. It's one of the reason I purchased the car. Stephen was gracious enough to assist in my problem with the hands free device in my car, but he could not figure it out, but he did suggest that I take it to a Nissan dealer in which he implied it should still be under warranty. I purchased a 2016 Nissan Versa from enterprise sales. I took to a Nissan dealer and they tried to help me setup my cars hands free device, to my phone but of course it did not work. So the Nissan dealer suggested that It needed a diagnostic check in which would cost a $100. Just to run the diagnostic and not to fix it. I really do think at this point it should have been a courteous to have it repair at enterprise sales expense for something that stopped working within days of purchase.
Everyone that I see asks me how I like my new van...and I find that what I most talk about is that I enjoyed the process of buying from Enterprise. I don't like to haggle over the price of a vehicle...at a regular car dealership I always feel like I have been beat down. At Enterprise the price is the price...makes it easy...if you don't like it ...move on. I liked the price...
I have bought 3 cars so far from Steve at Enterprise East Syracuse. The cars are BETTER than any used car you find on any other used car lots. The best part is there is no pressure to buy.
