Nice quality of cars . extremely busy and wait times for both pick up and drop off.could use more customer service representative.i waited for over 20mins to pick up my rental car and 15 mins to return.
Fairly prompt service. Wish they had a call-ahead progrom so I could just hop in the car when I arrive and get in/out within 10 min. Also, not fond of the remote parking for my own car while I using the rental. The lot is unsecure and it always seems to be raining when I pickup a car. Whatever the scented cleaning agents are that Enterprises uses are horrible...give me a headache.
I love this location! As someone who regular rents for work travel, I am always met with a friendly face and great experience. However, after renting here for 3 years, I have noticed you do not currently have adequate staffing . The staff there right now is amazing, but you really need more associates to quicken the pick-up process. That fact is the only reason I am not giving you 5 stars.
Nice people. We purchased the insurance from them so there was no question about any damage to the car and we didn't need to buy any gas. Easy in and out.
The service at the East Syracuse Enterprise was fast, professional and pleasant. It was very convenient to leave the rental at the auto shop when I picked up my car. The improvements that I would suggest are to clean the inside front car window before renting it to a customer. Also the car I was rented had many stains on the front seats and the car had an unpleasant odor. When you're paying for something it should be in good condition. Thank you.
