Way over priced. Drivers are erratic and speed. When called to talk to supervisor was put on hold and then hung up on.
Cost me 25 $ to travel 3 miles and the driver wldnt listen when I told him the shorter way to my house so I didn't have to pay an arm and a leg never again! This company is a rip off!!
Took from Syracuse Airport home. Driver waiting. He was on the ball and chatted about weather, very was friendly. I could tell he loved his job. Car was new and clean. Price was fair and well worth it. I never touched a bag till I got to my door. Would never hesitate using them or referring to anyone. Great job!!
They charged me $35 to go two and a half miles from Fayetteville to a Manlius auto repair shop. Today's paper said that for a two and a half mile trip Uber would charge about $4 and Lyft $7. The $35 did not include a tip.
You are better off with Uber or Lyft.
I can't wait for uber !
